PAYMENT

payments to the first day of class. Please provide payment to your instructor.

(payable to Boardworks) to: Boardworks, 4636 Elk Lake Drive,
Victoria, BC V8Z 5M1 or drop of your cheque in a sealed envelope
marked “Boardworks” at the front desk at Saanich Commonwealth Place.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund, minus the
non-refundable registration fee, t-shirt fee (for OlympicGarten only) and
the per class fee for the classes used to date will be issued if
participants decide to drop out within the first two weeks (14 days)
of the class.  After that two week period, Boardworks will provide 
a credit, minus the $25 registration fee, t-shirt fee (for OlympicGarten
only) and the classes used to date.  This credit may be
used towards any future Boardworks diving programs.  A request to
withdraw from the program must be received in writing either by mail
or e-mail or by phone.
