From OlympicGarten to
the Olympics! Join the program that developed OlympicGarten
graduate and 2008 Olympian Riley McCormick, Senior national
Team member
Rachel Kemp, and many more Junior National champions &
medallists and junior international medallists and champions.
Designed to provide 5-9
year olds with a foundation for elite performance in sport, each 90
minute class includes 30 minutes of gymnastic activities including
rolls, handstands and stretching, 30 minutes of trampoline and
dryboard and 30 minutes of diving. Instructors focus on developing
coordination, flexibility, strength, fitness, posture, listening
skills and concentration while having FUN!
Skills are displayed at the end of each session at the OlympicGarten
Recital.
