- BOARDWORKS JR -
AGE 5 - 9 YEARS
Boardworks Jr. is the intermediate stage of our competitive stream and is for the most advanced OlympicGarten participants or talent-ID'd participants from our other programs, who are preparing for selection to the Boardworks competitive diving team. Participants will build on the skills they have learned in OlympicGarten, FunDive or Swim'n Dive and will continue to enhance these skills using gymnastic activities, trampoline and dryboard as well as diving instruction in the water. Instructors will continue to focus on developing coordination, flexibility, strength, fitness, posture, listening skills and concentration This program is by invitation only.
